    Great performances from the women. A nice debut for Molly notching a PR in a race run entirely from the front. She also pulls Emily and Sarah to some massive PRs. Huge performances from both of them.

    Looked like a tempo for Pat. Solid run from Dave and a good rust-buster for Dylan, though he'll certainly be hungry for more this upcoming season.

    The Instagram live resolution was low, but Vegas Gold definitely deserves credit for hosting a free, dual-cam, well-commentated stream with a biker and a stationary videographer to boot. Great work.

    Unsurprised at this result from Molly. She’s just a solid runner. But how can you call a 62-minute half a tempo for Pat Tiernan? He was hardly a minute off of his PR, and he won the race by quite a bit.

    Because he ran the 10K Aussie record 6 weeks ago in 27:22. That time is good for at least 60:30.

    Molly still had energy left at the end too compared to the other runners. Definitely just a tune up race for her even though it was a small PR.

    Her shoes where not the new Puma Diviate Nitros. Has to be a prototype.
