Hi all,
I'm relatively new to running. I tore my ACL, meniscus and another ligament about 2 years ago now, and since I had surgery in december I was obliged to start running. I have come to really enjoy running and beating my personal records! I'm 19 years old and my PR on the 5k is 19:04, and on the 10k it's 39:31 mins, now I'm only running 3-4 times a week (covering a total of about 40 kilometers, about 25 miles). Do you have any advice for me how I can improve my times or how I should be training? I never have been active in a running club/community, and as of now I'm simply running 10-15k with not really getting much faster (maybe interval helps?)
Anyways, some advice would really help me out here!
(Btw I'm fully recoverd from my injury nowadays, so dont worry about that)
