I'm not aware of any regulation in the NCAA that mandates proof of hormone levels. My understanding is that the only thing the athletes has to do is sign a document stating that they have been on hormone therapy for one year, but do NOT have to provide medical documentation to prove it. Correct me if I'm wrong but this is pure bollox.
For those claiming that men/transwomen are NOT going to take scholarships, it will absolutely lead to a lawsuit at some point, if they aren't offered one. For example, a transwoman is NOT offered a scholarship. So, she walks on and wins tryouts, beating everyone on the team. After a year of no scholarship, you think some leftist with a J.D. is NOT going to help him/her sue the uni for the scholarship that they "should" be receiving, considering all their teammates are on scholarship, they're faster than all their teammates, but they are NOT receiving any sort of assistance. Yep, that will be in court faster than a ferrari. Nice work Biden, way to go.
