This alone was reason to re-elect Trump. This is FAR WORSE than any of the bad things Trump did.
How long before we see a straight male identify as a female and erase all the records in NCAA T&F? I don't think an executive order was the right move for this. I know Tulsi Gabbard had introduced legislation and it should at least be put up for debate.
Insanity
Quick question: Will this apply to elementary, middle schools, and high schools across the nation as well? They do receive federal funding, so I'm assuming this will be the case. Seen states allow this, so guessing this will be the case.

How long before coaches are actively trying to convince their men to become women?
As I see it, this is part of an overarching policy. Hopefully after someone with high T levels wins an NCAA championship, there will be a lawsuit to clarify the legitimacy of the law as it impacts athletics. On an international level the IAAF will still be in control of athletics.
Trump may not be the best man but at least he does not cave to the SJWs or try to kiss arse all the time like Sleepy Joe. I have a lot more respect for Trump than Biden because of this fact.
It's already happened D2

This is likely how I see it happening as well.
The reason it isn't an issue is because we haven't seen any trans women eradicating records/winning titles on a large scale. So far it's just been a blip here and there.
I think once we see the effect of a transwoman with unchecked hormonal levels will we see clearer guidelines.
I'm all for transwomen and intersex women competing against cisgender women in running but if they'd like to compete in that division, there should be hormone level guidelines set.
Sensational, I love it. I am so glad Biden is taking no time to drown himself in the SJW cesspit the Democrats have dug for themselves.
Any feminist athletes out there - how do you feel knowing Biden is allowing biological men to come beat you out for spots on the team, taking your championships and records?
The male/female classifications are not and have never been about your gender identity - if they are, then why do we have the classifications in the first place?
This post was removed.
Wait, what? I thought the Dems were supposed to be the party of Science.

There was already a case from a couple of years ago in Vermont where a HS boy on the cross-country team who after suddenly claiming to be "trans" did nothing at all to change his appearance or his activities other than to use the girls' loos, locker rooms and to bunk with the girls at away meets. He stayed on the boys' cross-country team, but queued with the girls to use their toilets, and changed his clothes and showered in the girls' locker room.
Can you cite a credible source for this? Cuz I've never heard of it and I just did a Google search.
This just in: Biden released an executive order allowing 30 year old men who identify as 12 year old girls to compete in girls' middle school sports! Wow, so woke!
So if everyone would stop panicking for a second and read the actual executive order, all it calls for is an agency review of policies. It doesn't mandate anything in particular. All it comes down to is asking all the new agency heads to review their policies and update to avoid discrimination.
Could this cause real, legitimate problems? Sure it could. But instead of hyperventilating, get on the phone with your congressman, or figure out some other way to take action that respects the rights and needs of everyone concerned. It's not easy or satisfying, but that would be actual political action rather than play acting.

ALL feminists: "we're going to do something about gender roles in society to liberate women"
Transfeminist: "we won't use gendered pronouns anymore."
Trans-exclusionary feminist: "no keep those."
Transfeminist: "gendered clothing?"
Trans-exclusionary feminist: "no, that's ok."
Transfeminist: "segregated bathrooms?"
Trans-exclusionary feminist: "no those are important."
Transfeminist: "so we're going to do something about the gender binary, yeah? We're going to attack the idea that gender is intrinsically linked to one's anatomy, and we're going to boost the visibility of trans and intersex people, who face the most violent consequences of the sex and gender binaries - yes?"
Trans-exclusionary feminist: "no."

I know there is maybe 10-20% of the population on the woke side that supports this nonsense. But I would think that the majority of Democrats especially those in the moderate area and all Republicans would agree that some of the transgender agenda has gone too far.
I think the majority of Americans would agree that if an adult wants to declare themselves another gender or get reassignment surgery that's really none of our business and the government shouldn't discriminate against them. But this non-scientific nonsense being pushed in the name of equality is ridiculous.
I think many Americans are oblivious to the transgender activism being taught to kids in public schools like California. I think Trump woke the right up to what is going on here and there is about to be a severe backlash in this area amongst others.
