Thanks for reading and understanding the brief
I don't schedule anything. Based on the time I have, the way I'm feeling, and the weather the days get moved around nonstop. This week so far I've done:
Monday - long-ish
Tuesday - hammer
Wednesday - easy
Thursday - haven't ran yet, seems like nice weather will probably go long-ish
Friday - who knows? that's tomorrow not today
Saturday - you think I plan my weekend on Thursday?
Sunday - hopefully I've run enough miles the rest of the week to go short today, but sometimes I gotta squeeze in more
too much scheduling wrote:

Okay how about this
Monday - rest
Tuesday - rest
Wednesday - rest
Thursday - rest
Friday - rest
Saturday - rest
Sunday - long rest
Sunday - long run. Start slow but feel good and run too fast in the middle. Either cut it short or struggle to the end.
Monday - short and easy - no other choice because went too hard Sunday
Tuesday - easy but feeling better so drop some 5:40s at the end
Wednesday - tempo workout. Either a crappy tempo run or some intervals with the last half well above threshold
Thursday - actually easy because I respect the workout
Friday - 8 miles sub six. If it's under 50 min it doesn't count as a workout so it's free
Saturday - off
