Do I have to state the obvious here in this particular instance? Any rational, duly informed person knows precisely what is obvious here as far as the circumstances of what is going on. And yet the media won't report any of it.

What the heck are you talking about? Unions overwhelmingly vote for Democrats. The dichotomy that is not discussed enough, however, is how Democrats are able to simultaneously court both minorities and unions (which were originally founded to prevent immigrants and minorities from gaining meaningful employment, a task they still achieve to this day).
