Two special counsels that exonerated him, two impeachments and TWO ACQUITTALS, no recorded phone calls of crimes, he never admitted sexual assaults (don't think you know what assault means), decades of fraud but never indicted for that fraud, he urged protesters to march down to Capitol PEACEFULLY (doesn't sound incitement to me) and a partisan hack DA - yeah of course Trump was wrongfully indicted and will be cleared.
Well from what I know of the case, this is not much of a crime, but yeah it is a crime. Although we don't know the charges yet.
In the end, Trump has led a life of crime for decades and it is finally starting to catch up to him. Expect more indictments and losses in court. This is just the first.
Just a shame that we elected this man president. But remember the people did not choose him to be president - the electoral college did. He had fewer votes in both 2016 and 2020. Democracy didn't fail...the Constitution failed.
