Sitting in a chair = "seditious conspiracy" in today's Amerika
please, you know it was where the chair was, how he got there, what he planned before and what he did there. Actually that f*cker didn't even need to sit anywhere. He was a crimminal well before that.
You're thinking of Sedentary Constipation, which is prevalent in this country and far more dangerous to lives than the Jan. 6th protest.
First armed insurrection where the weapons were flags. That did not kill a soul.
This is the criminalization of dissent. Nothing less
Are you watching the trial?!? They got one of the Oath Boys to flip on Ricoo Tarrio. Matt Greene is name he goes by. Greene flipped like a Italian sausage. Flipped like a Sunday morning biscuit. It was disgusting. The flipping, I mean. Disgusting.
Tarrio will have to mount a steadfast steed defense. Otherwise he will join other Oath Boys in federal prison. Bigo Barnett, who you mentioned, is going to prison. He will enter prison as a ponk, having renounced the January 6th cause on cross examination. He couldn't hold up. Bigo did not have big ones. Caved like sit-down ponk. He will not fare well on the yard, if his cross-examination testimony gets leaked into FCI Cumberland G-Pop.

Your honor, at this time I would like to submit into evidence post 17 on page 1 from letsrun.com thread “7 dead from shooting in Chicago last weekend”
GOP Crime Blotter
Ryan J. Reilly
Pauline Bauer, a Pennsylvania conspiracy theorist who wanted to hang Nancy Pelosi on Jan. 6, was found guilty on all counts today, including a felony count of obstruction of an official proceeding. She previously held herself out as a sovereign citizen.
Dem. Crime Blotter
All the top cities for homicides are Democrat-led ones. The Democrat party is the one for violent crime and homicides. Of the top 45 cities with highest homicide rates, only 3 Republican-controlled cities make the list. 42 of 45 cities with the highest homicide rates are Democrat-led ones. DEMOCRAT = VIOLENT CRIME/HOMICIDES
Don't know if all that is true but do you understand the difference between causation and correlation? It's a pretty important distinction. It would be a very understandable and very common logical error for you to assume causation when it may not be there.
Dems getting the job done. If they could just stop it with the crazy nationalization of campus politics they should do ok.
The Rs will fight against and mock green energy and government partnership with industry...the Ds embrace them and create jobs while helping the environment. Win win.
Two new reports illustrate the scale of spending that is coming under Biden’s biggest policy achievements — and illuminate the geography of that spending as well.
The first is from the Brookings Institution on the Chips and Science Act, which will spend tens of billions of dollars shoring up the nation’s semiconductor industry. Brookings finds that a large percentage of jobs created will likely be well-suited to people without college degrees.
The second report is from the Wall Street Journal. It finds that the Inflation Reduction Act’s spending on incentives for the manufacturing and consumption of renewable energies is heavily concentrated in red states and congressional districts.
Meanwhile remember how Trump considered COVID a blue state problem shrugged them off? Yes, he did that. No wonder Rs lose almost every popular vote.
When Democrat-run cities are letting aggravated kidnappers out of jail within 2 hours of having committed a violent crime with no bail and they go on to commit another violent crime, I would say it is most definitely causation.
What is aggravated kidnapping?
Who is being let out within 2 hours?
I think like a week ago I said that Trump didn’t employ any African American centric dog whistles, and like a day later I realized that was wrong. Crime, democrat run cities. Duh.
I don't know about specifics like kidnapping, but many big blue cities have an idiotic policy now that perps get released with no bail. The idea was to end injustices like people stuck in jail awaiting trial because they couldn't afford $500 bail. But it's turned the criminal justice system into a revolving door. You commit crime, are arrested, then you are released right away. Driving cops crazy- they do their job and just see the same guys on the street the next day.
I suspect the success Rs had in the NYC suburbs in midterms (based on crime) will get some city D politicians to wake up and get more serious about crime. The entire Long Island congressional delegation is R now. Amazing stuff.
My sources tell me that the trial (witness tampering, assault on federal officer, destruction of government property, seditious conspiracy) of Enrique "Henry" Tarrio will continue today. Some of his co-defendant Oath Boys are Ethan "Rufie" Nordean and Dominic "Spazz" Pezzola (also a/k/a "Spazzo" and "Spazzolini").
Pezzola brought a motion, not yet decided, that the prosecution be prohibited from referring to him as "Spazz" and other Spazz-modic declensions.
One problem that Tarrio and Spazzolini are having is that witnesses they want to call to support their defense have indicated they will plead the Fifth, and some are previously convicted felons. It's not good when your supporting witnesses essentially admit (plead Fiph) they are guilty of a bunch of stuff while on the stand (while under oath to J. Christ). It's a strategic conundrum for Tarrio and Spazzio.
Developing . . . . .
Tarrio and Pezzola brought a motion to try and exclude the Oath Boy "Manual" from the trial. My sources say Judge Kelly is reserving ruling on the matter.
Tarrio and Pezzola are arguing that the Manual is unduly prejudicial. They are particularly concerned about the section of the Manual that places significant limits on Oath Boy masturbation -- they are only allowed one masturbation session every thirty days. I don't see how that is prejudicial, but maybe Tarrio and Pezzola are worried about the jury being composed of pro-masturbators.
You can find the Manual here, with the section in question on page 7 of 11 ("No Wanks"):
Here's some good news both trump and biden admins can take credit for: An elevated number of new businesses.
In the early years of the pandemic, Americans filed a historic number of applications to start new businesses — importantly, ones that were likely to employ other people.
New data shows that explosion of entrepreneurial activity continued last year, even as inflation and recession fears soared.
By the numbers: There were 1.7 million applications for new businesses that were likely to hire employees in 2022, according to the Economic Innovation Group, a bipartisan organization that analyzed data from the U.S. Census.
That's down slightly from 2021's all-time record of 1.8 million, but still well above pre-pandemic norms. Last year's applications are up nearly 28% from before the pandemic.
Why it matters: The lasting surge in applications could be a leading indicator of greater economic dynamism — more jobs, innovation and productivity advancements — all of which drive long-term growth.
The bottom line: The pandemic stirred up more American entrepreneurial ambitions than any other period on record. Incoming data will offer more clues about how many of these applications transform into full-fledged hiring businesses.
Democrats need to do something cool like legalize weed or bring back the child tax credit. Would it kill them to do something moderately reasonable and progressive?
Nothing to do with the Biden thread. Go away you moron.
