An FBI agent testified Tuesday in the seditious conspiracy trial of members of the Oath Keepers militia that fewer than two dozen members of the group were present in the nation’s capital when Trump supporters engaged in a ri...
All you do is deflect and spew conspiracy theories, please got get some help.
You are unaware of the fact that: "The FBI admitted in September 2021 to The New York Times that they had informants and operatives inside groups attending the January 6 rallies in Washington DC"?
Or do you naively assume those operatives were not influencing the proceedings?
Not sure what you mean by "proceedings," but everyone is aware that the Capitol busts was one of the best stings in FBI history. They nabbed at least 800 criminals, and will probably bust a few hundred more by the time this is over. The FBI redeemed itself after the failures of Operation Jumping Jack Flash and Operation Chow Boy.
I'm a Biden supporter but I'm disappointed that he crushed the rail strike.
I am torn on it. On one hand, Democrats have typically stood with unions and trying to get better working conditions for their members. From what little I know about this rail situation is that it APPEARS the workers are put into some very bad working conditions...hard to take sick time, lots of overtime, etc. So, not a fan of Biden not supporting their striking efforts there.
I will have to plead ignorance though on whether the rail system is so important that the US Government can't allow a strike. If that's the case, then the government needs to step in and use US taxpayer dollars to make the situation more tenable permanently...subsidize salaries, do a national campaign to get more workers, etc.
The Biden admin is not Democratic. Nor were the Clinton or Obama admins. The Dem party you are thinking about has been gone for decades. The unions got busted in the 1980s and the Clintons sold out to Wall Street.

I think being in a position of great, he should help the rail workers and pressure or force the industry to be fair and give them a reasonable amount of time off or make them hire more people. Basically, what you said at the end of your post.
It doesn't seem to me that they have unreasonable demands. They want a minimum of 4 paid sick days a year. I think the fear is that giving in to this largely public debate will cause of wave of other industries demanding better and they are trying to shut that precedent down.
Not sure what FBI crimes has to do with anything. Rhodes was not in the FBI. None of his co-defendants were in the FBI. I monitored the Elmer Rhodes trial pretty closely and no allegations were made by his defense lawyers about him being in the FBI or the FBI leading any kind of charge into the Capitol. I don't think your post is accurate.
That article describes what was argued in a motion for Caldwell's pre-trial release. In that motion, Caldwell argued, somewhat ironically, that since he had been employed by the FBI in 2009-2010, that he was "a person worthy of trust and confidence of the United States government" and could be released pending trial.
There was no evidence introduced at the Rhodes/Caldwell et al. trial that I recall suggesting any of them were undercover FBI agents on January 6 or that the FBI lead some kind of charge into the Capitol.
Your posts remains inaccurate even with this seemingly irrelevant article you located. Did you even read it? What are you even suggesting? Caldwell is so dedicated an FBI agent, that he's willing to go to prison for many years just to keep his cover in the Capitol busts? That the FBI put one of their own agents through a fake federal criminal trial being widely reported on? These are pretty jobwhack claims, AdultintheRoom. You need persuasive evidence to make such claims.
"Sedition" over the world's only super power with 15 unarmed people... lol.
I provided you with the text of the seditious conspiracy statute (18 USC 2384), and I even highlighted the relevant language for you. Did you not read it? Here it is again:
"If two or more persons . . . . conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both."
So if you engage in those bolded actions, you are engaging in seditious conspiracy. Your recitation of "the world's only super power" and "15 unarmed people" shows confusion and ignorance on your part as to what 18 USC 2384 says.
Here is a September 17, 2020 Memorandum from Deputy AG Rosen that may help you understand what is being discussed here. He explains rioting charges in the context of 18 USC 2384.
Stay with m'aga, republicans. Clearly america is behind you.

That's a common thing with him. He posts articles that he clearly never read. Many are either irrelevant or even contradict the point he thinks he is trying to make. I'm not sure why he does that. Some kind of impulsivity and lack of reading comprehension (enhanced stage-4 neuro-dyslexia).

He’s too emotional and angry.
Needs to slow down and stop firing off irrelevant drivel.
Appreciate the link to some long-form and relatively in-depth reporting on this issue...but a couple qualms:
1) In what sense is Biden the most "union-friendly" President of all time? This claim was made by the railway worker who speaks at length in the clip.
2) Said railway worker talks about his colleagues leaving the profession, esp. those with heavy seniority. Do they know what they are getting into? Union contracts tends to guarantee raises and reward senior workers. Railway workers are on of the few groups that get defined-benefit pensions (instead of 401(k)s aka., "gambling").
This could be the beginning of a generally complacent media turning on Biden. If my hunch is correct, what happens next threatens to destroy the Democratic Party (or at least expose some things about it that will be hard to overcome).
