No, Pole is actually telling the truth for once. This Stewart "Eyeball" Rhodes guy just got flat cold busted for Seditious Conspiracy under 18 USC 2384. He got biffed by a Constitutionally proper jury of 7 men and 5 women. Rhodes (whose real first name is Elmer) is in an enormous amount of trouble. I can see him getting 12 years in a federal penitentiary for his crimes.
Here is 18 USC 2384 (I highlighted the important parts for you): "If two or more persons . . . . conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both."
Linked below is the detailed Indictment against Elmer Rhodes. It's pretty damning if all the evidence recited in the Indictment - texts, email, photos, etc. - actually exists and was admitted in court. You can see how a jury busted hard on Elmer Rhodes. He is in federal custody awaiting sentencing, where he can introduce mitigating factors. Most of his co-Capitol riots defendants just roll on President Trump at sentencing, and claim Trump sent them to invade the Capitol, but that they are now sorry and don't believe Trump anymore. Rhodes needs to start developing that theme now, if he wants this sentence reduced. Rhodes is in DEEP trouble. Sedition is nothing to mess around with. It's like the intravenous speedball of conspiracy crimes.
