How to tell us you don't know the law without saying "I don't know the law."
Much smarter legal minds than you have said the lawsuit is ridiculous and will be thrown out.
Ha!!! You are dreaming, Dummy Trumplican!!!
James spent 3 years on this and interviewed 65 people!!!
She has 200 very detailed pages that has been described by lawyers who have seen it as the most detailed and shut door evidence of crime that they have ever seen!!!
It's not just a few instances of criminal behavior either, it is over 200!!!
Trump never should have thrown Michael Cohen under the bus!!!
Cohen will get the last laugh!!!
Trump will lose The Trump Organization as it is!!!
He and his dummy children will have to pay!!!
This one will be a big financial penalty, but he will later on be put in prison!!!
Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) responds to Republicans criticizing him for proposing a nationwide 15-week abortion ban right before an election: “We owe it to the American people to tell them who we are, and here’s who we are as a national party.”

So what would the law be exactly? A ban on abortion after 15 weeks nation wide? I wouldn’t actually be opposed to that as long as it was legal and accessible everywhere for those 15 weeks. 15 weeks should be plenty of time to order the pill or visit a clinic. If it makes the Republicans shut up and we can still have 15 weeks to make reproductive decisions, I’d say that’s a win.
Running away from the long arm of the law division
Tristan Snell @TristanSnell BREAKING: Sidney Powell no-showed her grand jury date in the Fulton County, Georgia investigation into election tampering. Looks like the Kraken is now on the lam.

That's not how it will work though. Graham's plan would still allow states to make more restrictive rules (at least how I understand that as we sit here today) including outright bans and even banning people from traveling to other states to get one under threat of imprisonment.
Also, there needs to be 100% protection of the health of the mother no matter how far along the pregnancy is. If the woman's life is in danger, then the fetus needs to come out...either abortion (even if beyond 15 weeks) or if it's far enough along, c-section and try to save it.
So...no.
Weird hill for conservatives to want to die on. ~70% of Americans believe abortion should be between a woman and her doctor, and pretty much all of those also believe that there should be no abortions allowed after a fetus might be viable outside the uterus (so ~24 weeks).
The hardline stances of no abortion ever even in case of incest or rape or health of the mother or potential devastating health of the baby (if born), is insane.
Anyway, I'll leave my correct view on this stand. I'm not about to waste my time going back and forth on abortion with nutbars who don't support a woman's right to choose (not saying you, but anyone who rejects my correct stance on this).
Reminder that while that sounds low, it's about the same as many presidents at this point in their admins. Same as the below list, give or take a percent or two.
Biden's is a rather normal peacetime number. Biden is not a particularly unpopular president.

No, for years under Roe the Republicans have pushed the idea that abortion is a state's rights issue. Graham's law would be a nationwide ban on abortion after 15 weeks, but would allow states to impose stricter limitations up to and including total bans under any circumstances.
This is about as consistent at the LetsRun "free speech" policy under which threads on the topic of Graham's bill have been deleted.

The Europeans Democrats worship cut it off at 12 weeks.
Only American Democrats have the desire to kill babies right up to and even after the moment of birth.
