I know these can be worn post workout - and I sometimes do - but interested to know how many run with these?
I have had my share of calf strains so I started wearing these to run in and it's been 6 months and so far, so good. I feel like they keep everything nice and tight. Could be purely placebo.
Have others been wearing these and wearing them long enough where you have seen they work as injury prevention for running, not just recovery?
I am 46 and have had calf issues since turning 40. Just had a calf heart attack last fall and have been wearing neoprene calf sleeves since returning. I think the compression and added warmth has been a benefit. At this point, I wear them every time I run. My calf are less tight and less hard and lumpy like they did the last few years without the sleeves, if that makes sense. I never had any of there issues when I was young, so if you are older, maybe you can relate more.
