Why, you in HS?
That sounds more like a college workout, and if so, you should know exactly what that implies.
8:55
Thanks for the response. I am a senior in high school in California. So I haven't raced a two mile since sophomore year. I haven't raced since last February so that's why I was asking. I didn't know there was a difference between highschool workouts and college. My coach said I could break 9 but I didn't believe him as my previous best is 9:39.
I figure sub-9.
Troll. No one runs 9:39 as a sophomore and then does this crazy land workout by senior year.
What would be the point of trolling lol. I have been more of a miler and have only run the 3200 a few times. I ran 4:22 as a freshman and 4:17 as a sophomore. I have been getting in better shape through out high school and progressing. I would assume others have progressed similarly.

That's a bigtime workout. Depends how taxing the mile was. A lot of rest. Did it feel like 3k/2 mile pace or like you were racing. Either way the 400s give some good volume. 10 x 4 like that would be a good mile prediction workout minus the hard 16 that came before it. So you're what a 4:10-12 miler or in that kind of shape. Should be able to go sub-9 or close to it. Just don't run 60 for your first quarter. Go out in 67-68 and roll.
It felt fairly relaxed I and even splits. I might be able to run around 4:12 at the moment. I have been mostly doing 4 mile tempos, mile repeats and ks. As we were training for cross which didn't happen.
There is nobody who matches the stats that you are claiming.
I didn't put my exact stats there for that very reason. I figured someone would try to look me up. But I did run around those for prs. Slightly faster or slower. I am on one of the top 15 teams in the state of California for xc and am one of the top runners on the team.

Sham is just jealous, but he thug through it.
Ran 9:14 for two miles went out 4:37 ran even splits. It was raining a bit. But other than that it felt good. I think I could go faster in a race with more people. There was only one guy that went with me for the first mile

Quality TT.
I thought your workout last week was more college, so unlikely you were ready to race 2 miles.
Confidence must be high.
