Hello, I've been training at 35-40 miles a week for about 8 weeks now and I did my first hard speed workout, previously I did tempo runs then 4x200 in about 31-33 on two occasions. My tempo pace has been 5:50-6:00. Today for my workout I did, 800(2:21), 3-minute rest, 4x200 with 200-meter jogging rest in (32,33,32,33), then 4-5 minute rest, a 66 or 67 400, then 3-minute rest, finally I did 800 meters of straights and curves, the wind picked up and it was effort-based, but I did my straights in 17ish and curves in 27 ish. What do you think I could run for a mile on Saturday the 23rd, it's currently Tuesday the 19th. My PR from last indoor season was 4:57 and in the fall I ran a 10:37 full 2 mile on the track.
