Tailor it to individual preferences and climate region. Offer free returns. Professionals more and more don't want to spend time in stores and want to look good.
Timing is a good one. You can time and post results for hobby jogger 5k's when those start happening again and make pretty good money from what I understand, but the equipment and software can be a relatively big investment. You may also consider subscription-based or pay-per-view race/workout/mini-documentary footage. If you can undercut some of the bigger running media outlets like Flotrack and put out good quality footage and commentary, I bet you can make some good money.
