Hi everyone,
I have signed up for a half marathon in March ( if the COVID restrictions allow) but have no idea what pace to go for.
In early December I ran a 10km in 36:30 (~5:52/mi) and run 60 - 70 mpw.
I hope to be slightly fitter than for the 10k, just as I will have had a couple more months of consistent mileage, but still have no idea what time to go for.
I've read contradictory things online (10k pace + 15 seconds, + 30 seconds, +6% etc.), could you guys help me know what would be a good target from experience or what is a general rule of thumb?
