I'm tired of living in my suburban house with people who give me constant anxiety, I have heard of ecotherapy which consists of different phases moderate to extreme, extreme is when you do most of your activities in the wild, sleeping, eating, hunting, fishing you basically do this for about 2 months and all of your social anxiety could be helped or cured,
My question is, as long as I meet my nutritional requirements and get good sleep doing this, can I still train normally and not have any downsides to my running if I do this ecotherapy procedure?
