I ate fast food every single day in college—no joke. I improved HS 5k from 15:42 to 14:42. Not a crazy improvement, but decent. Had plenty of 4 for 4s. Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Chipotle, pizza, subway, Dairy Queen. Pretty much rotated between those places.
