Wat. If you've had COVID you shouldn't be prioritized for vaccination. It can't hurt - I'd probably get multiple antigen tests done to confirm instead, but likely you are immune for the moderate to long term.

Laziness? I ran a sub-37 10K, a sub-18 5K, had a 90 mile week, and ran a sub-3 marathon.
Then I got Covid, and now I'm struggling to hit 6:45 on a 3-mile tempo run. Sometimes I can, and sometimes I can't get the warm-up pace under 9:00, and I turn around and come home.
