Hi Guys, its been a while since any serious threads on middle-distance training. Probably one of the greatest threads on here which was serious was the 'Sub 1:50 800m' thread... But its potentially quite outdated now with the best 800m runners nowadays running around 40-50 miles. Is this the new way for 800m training? Should we be considering the 800 as a long sprint?.... Could we make this a serious thread with up to date training for the 800m, times of 1:50 and down. And let's not have the muppets entering invalid information. Cheers, and hopefully we can make a serious thread. Like the old 'Sub 1:50 800m'.
Hopefully we can get people with experience and knowledge.
Again Thanks.
