I have a task for the LR community. Predict what time I will run for the mile based of these 2 workouts and other information.
Workout 1: 8 x 400 w/ 2 minutes rest. (78, 72, 75, 75, 75, 75, 73, 76) heart rate pretty low, no pain until 6th rep.
Workout 2: 3 miles steady (18:33) followed by 6x200, all 34s. Consistent form and heart rate.
Only recent race time is 5 miles (8 kilometers) in 30:06
