Eat until you're satisfied. Speaking from experience, eating disorders are not fun to play with.
You need to eat like a hippo to replenish those muscles. Eat until you can't eat anymore.
Good question. I have recently raised my mileage to that level and have lost tons of weight. Try to eat everything in sight and still feel so skinny. It's costing me a ton!!

Just try and eat as healthy as you can. No need to go out and scrounge roots and berries, but watch your refined sugar intake (it is everywhere btw), saturated fats, and keep hydrated.
You are going not to get fat, and you need to stay properly fueled.
btw I am 5'9' 132# and get to eat about anything I like. Same weight as in 1975 still running 50+ mpw but training, recovering and eating smarter.
Make sure you're getting in enough calories to fuel. You can get an app on the phone to help with that. Make sure you eat right and get enough in so you don't get too tired to run fast or injured
