This pumps me up.
https://youtu.be/uOj0zjPzg-cThe commentary on this one is great.
Mauricio Blandino, who is an Achilles International Athlete and TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury) survivor comes to mind. He only discovered running after a life-saving brain surgery and went from learning how to walk again to qualifying for Boston multiple times. He's still running PR's in his early 60's!
I really like the video of Joan Benoit and the 1984 Olympic marathon. Could be the soundtrack or maybe it is the back story where she was coming off an injury and not expected to win. Video quality is not good
Anything Bud Greenspan put together is usually pretty good.
I see someone posted the Joan Benoit 84 marathon. Good one. When she reaches the freeway in the open sun and the music changes....I still get shivers. That was the key part of the race....could she survive the early breakaway from Waitz, Kristiansen and Mota through the heat and on her own. She proved she was good enough to make Olympic History.
Billy Mills of course....That call at the finish was my ringtone for several years. Used to get a lot of laughs from the kids on the bus coming home from meets....
A couple others that I really like and have shared with my teams over the years:
Alain Mimoun. Always Zatopek's Shadow but finally becoming the Sun in his last Olympic race.

Steve Jones comeback finish:

I love the idea of just hanging it out there and capitalizing on all of your talents against whatever competition shows up and not quitting on yourself. Mind over matter, If you don't mind, it doesn't matter.
Jones looks for trouble and trouble is there!!!
Cross Country Anthology: Multiple parts...
Just love the history. Always gave kids a sense of belonging to a sport that was special and exclusive. The intensity of some of the finishes are awesome. Can name most everyone in the videos that were world class.

What it takes to be number one; Vince Lombardi speech.
Applies to running as well.
Kids liked it and it was a team building video.
If you're lucky enough to find a guy that has a lot of head and a lot of heart, he'll never come off the field second... I've been lucky to work with a lot of kids with those qualities.
There's many others....just dig.

Every time I watch it I hope Jake beats that Sir Mo but no he always finds his damn kick at the end.
Logan's Run or The Running Man. Previews of things to come that should motivate you to learn to run far and fast now.
This one always gets me jazzed:
