The race is in Naples, FL.
1:05:22
I predict he'll make a video about it where he talks using condescending baby talk and the comments will be full of a bunch of slogans repeatedly mindlessly by his followers.
What's very strange to me is that Seth is essentially a low carb guy but he doesn't really advertise it as such.
something strange that he said in one of his other vlogs about eating was "I don't eat many carbs, I don't sit down and have a bowl of pasta. But I have chips and chips have carbs."
I don't think those were the exact words but it was something along those lines. Kind of reminds me when Vegans say "I get protein from broccoli" or something like that.
Not bashing the guy, whatever works for you. Just thought it was kinda strange.
he's low carb because he's vein. It's easy to starve yourself when the ketones and stress hormones are sky-high. Chips are mostly fat, by calorie content anyway.
he's more concerned with looking the part on YouTube than running to his potential. Which with some basic carbo-loading would be well user 58 for the half thon.
Today is the day gentlemen. Will Seth climb on the podium?

Actually, I believe Naples 'rewards' Top 5, so for this race he podiumed.
Still ran a 70 second PB! Are there people that root against this guy. His VLOG was so wholesome. Seems like a solid time for someone out there grinding & working at it. Awesome pack running too. God I miss racing. Can be hard to get an opportunity like that where you're running a distance race in a pack of 6 the whole way.

Certainly, if neurotic attention whoring can be wholesome, he's doing it.
So close

So are we not going to talk about how sick and tired SJD looks? Is he 35 or 55?
This is the guy who ran with a GoPro at the Mountain World Championship.
He got incredibly thin for pikes peak as well. Looking at his vlogs he has had rapid weight loss around his last two big races so not sure what is going on there as his face definitely looks extremely gaunt and unhealthy. He still ran a decent time though...
Is there a rule against attaching a helium balloon to yourself while running a road race?
