Eight years ago you were heavily engaged in a thread just like this one and you reluctantly admitted that EPO did increase the ability to actually transport oxygen but argued that it wouldn't make a difference because it wouldn't have an effect on the area where the actual energy was burned.
Well guess what studies have shown? Google it. Start with the one on mice and then work your way up to humans. It will soften the blow.
