Erm, maybe 3:30ish per k. Even pacing is the way to go & in this day & age with any watch you can check pace in the first 100-200-300-400 & make sure you don't just sprint off the line. Just relax off the line & look up the splits before you start. Most records and PRs come from even pacing or negative splitting.
