I got one in 2009 and thought l was going to be a world beater or something, but l think it really made little difference or it was hard to tell because l was increasing my running. I religious slept in it form 2009-2011 and l think the real reason l got faster was the serious increase in my workouts
and miles, at least it felt that way. Now l am thinking of pulling out the altitude generator out again to get some kind of advantage. I am wondering will it take this 50 year old, who is just getting back to serious workouts, to the next level or should l first focus on getting back into top shape before l start messing with it?I also got married this year, so l am not sure my wife might like the noise it makes.
