Quarantine, even with an end supposedly in sight, has been pretty rough on a lot of athletes, including myself. Not being able to truly compete since march has taken a toll on a lot of peoples motivation to continue training especially with it being mostly boring training blocks (mileage, tempos, long repeats). So in an attempt to remind everyone what we're doing all this for, I decided to try and start a thread of success stories, past or current to encourage people to keep on keeping on. It can be as simple as a consistent block of time where you just got out the door and ran, a comeback from injury, a massive PR out of no where or one after a long hard journey to success, pretty much anything that has made you think to yourself "man, it was worth it all".
