You would need to come up with some criteria but there are a lot of guys roughly around his accomplishment level. I wouldn't be shocked to see him more like 100 than 50. There are a lot of guys that you think highly of but when you start making the list it is hard to put them in front of others. There are some clear gods that nobody is leaving off (Viren, bekele, Geb, Nurmi, Zatopek, Farah,,....) of any list. There is a surprising number of them when you start looking at say the last 100 years and figuring there are 2-3/decade for your top 25. Drop off a level (i.e. just a gold/silver or a WR) and there are tons of people and it gets debateable. For example is Rupp better than Puttemans? How about Richard Chelimo? Sileshi Sihine? Brahim Boutayeb?
