Your 10k race pace is 7:33/mile according to your 47:07. You are going to recover from your three workouts per week running only 30 seconds per mile slower than you would in a shorter race? You should be running an hour every day, or even more, eventually, if you are training for a half-marathon/marathon. Either that 47:07 is inaccurate, or your easy runs need to be 9:30-10min per mile max. I guess, if you can talk in complete sentences while running 8min/mile, the whole time, for an hour, go for it. I'm a 38:30 10k guy, 5:01 miler, and my easy runs are never faster than 8:15 / mile, and usually, 9 - 9:40 min/mile. Of course when you get into 1:30 half marathon shape, then 8min/mile easy runs are reasonable, but you are far from it if you are running 47:07 for a 10k.
