I think I can get 4:20 but not sub 4. (I will get there some day).
Justin Wachtel will break four. He is one of my favorite runners. He ran a 14:15 5k and closed in 58. If that doesn't say sub 4, then I don't know what does.
We will be Olympic teammates one day.
I feel like Sully Shelton has a shot at sub 4 this spring. He went 4:10 two years ago as a sophomore. Justin Wachtel may go 4:05 which would be great but I think he has a realistic shot to go sub 8:40 in the 3200 as long as he stays healthy. I also wouldn't be surprised to see Justin run the 5k on track again to break 14 before he graduates.
Probably says sub 14:00 for a spring time 5k, but I don't know if he'll go from 4:16 to 3:59.
I think he'll run like 4:06-4:10 full mile and go under 14 for the 5000m if he runs it. Freshman year of college Vin will have him under 4:00
Rheinhardt Harrison will be able to do it. He’s come very close, running a 4:02 and a 4:01.

Hutchins couldn't go under 4:10, much less 4:00.
