Just solo time trialed a 2:48 1k and have 51/23 400m/200m speed. What could I currently run for the 800m/1600m?

2:05/4:45 probably.
You are being severely limited by your aerobic ability. You need more easy mileage
I think you can break 2 if you put your heart and soul into it. 2:07 without the heart and soul.
i was 23/50/2:00 in the same season i ran no faster than 2:44 in the 1k on 3-4 attempts
2:01-2:04
Look at the McMillian calculator

Calm down...
I had a friend of mine run 2:05 relay leg and 2:47 for second on a flat track, the year prior he had run 4:27 and 1:58, and the year before that he ran 4:37 and 1:58. By the end of that season, he ran 1:59 on a flat track and I think he would've been good for 1:55 outdoors
Just keep putting in the work and you'll be impressed
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
