hello everyone, I wonder if you could tell me what my chances would be approximately at these schools with my athletic and academic stats. Academically, I have a 4.0 uw GPA and have taken 7 AP classes (aphg, ap bio, ap comp sci, ap chem, ap physics, ap calc bc, ap econ) and am currently taking college courses in CS, bio, and math, as well as AP lang, AP french, and AP gov. My SAT is a 1560 (800 math, 760 reading). I am also involved in math, robotics, and science olympiad clubs and have some awards with those (nationally in both math and sci-oly, regional in robotics). I have done research over the summer twice (paid internship) but just community service after freshman year. I have also created many programs with computer science (games, fun projects, etc) and know 10 different coding languages (yes, I am kind of obsessed with learning new languages). I'd be apply as a computational bio major. Athletically, (I'm a girl) I have run a 2:19 800 (11th grade), 4:52 1500 (10th), 5:11 1600 (11th), 10:39 3000 (10th), 11:09 3200, and 18:58 XC 5k. I've also run a 7:28 2k steeplechase (I hope to improve upon that this year!).
Here are the schools I'm thinking about. Thanks in advance!
Yale
Brown
Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT)
Harvard
Columbia
Princeton
John's Hopkins (JHU)
Cornell
Carnegie Mellon (CMU)
I picked these since they're all close to where I live (NE). I would like a partial scholarship, but I know my times aren't that great so just coach support or walk on would be okay too! :)
