This is true... I was saying running XC is probably a positive physiological idea, but many sprinters or kids who think they are sprinters would likely quit unless XC was made fun and mileage was lower than the actual XC kids... I think the best plan for “sprinters” or to have them play a sport, or you can’t find someone else to do you are running XC. Kids need to be active and athletic year round!
