I'm currently within that weird distance in mileage where its to short to do doubles but I don't want to go 6-7 miles everyday without a "down" day of 4-5 due to having races soon. This track season I plan doing some MLRs around 8miles so I can go less on pre-meet days.
So how long should I do these runs or should I just not do them at all?
