Your back-yard?
What is a "normal activity" on a vacation? "Normal" may not be the same for everyone.
Went to Lake Powell this past summer. Highly recommend it. Rent a houseboat for a week. Or go some place like Yellowstone.
Why would you want to vacation with Covid?

Because I am not a mindless sheep. Because my family is healthy. Because I have already had it and it wasnt bad. Didnt even know i was sick

I agree. Better to go when you have recovered and can enjoy the time off.
Florida beaches. Hotels, beaches and restaurants are all open. It’s going to be near 80 in much of the state today. But it’s typically highs in the mid 60s this time of year.
I did a local vacation at the beach last month. It was great.
I also did a remote Vrbo cabin in Northern GA on a river. Different but also a nice change of scenery.
I would hope that things are getting back to normal by this summer once competent people are in charge of the national COVID response and vaccine roll out. But presuming that things are still dicey, try New Mexico. There are a lot of relatively cheap houses on VRBO around Santa Fe and Taos. You will need a car to get around. But there is a lot to see and do outside and it does not get very crowded like Rocky Mountain NP or other popular places in CO.

So many idiots on this board.
You know, you're just being a sheep to the "not being a sheep" crowd, right?
Looks like there is a perfect vacation destination for you.

The Maldives is desperate for tourists. You might be able to get that overwater villa that normally goes for$1500 a night for half price.

Went to South Dakota this last summer. We stayed Rapid City. It was a great trip and none of the COVID hysteria. Everything is open, people are friendly. It was like stepping out of the Bizzaro world back into the real world I've lived in for all of my life. Really enjoyed the Black Hills and Badlands.

Yellowstone is a big NO, unless you enjoy long lines of clueless Asian tourists.
Lake Powell is a good choice, but I’d say Mexico- ie Cozumel, Playa, etc. Was there recently, and the tourist downturn seems to have made the resorts actually have to be nice to you. Place faires are cheap at the moment. Lock them in.
Vietnam
Exccept for the fact that we go wherever we want and do whatever we want. Nice how people try to redefine words.

You may not be a sheep, but you are certainly mindless.
Ft. Myers Florida of nearby. Great weather and less restrictions. Golf courses nearby.
Sorry, but you are misinformed. Having been posted to Vietnam last year things there have changed a lot. Right now Vietnam has a lot of restrictions and many tourist sites are closed. As of December 1, Vietnam has temporarily suspended all inbound commercial flights, except for repatriation flights carrying Vietnamese nationals home. Vietnamese as well as foreign diplomats and experts entering the country must comply with specific health regulations and paperwork, and undergo mandatory 14-day quarantine on arrival.
Foreigners and residents in Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, and Hanoi are required to wear masks in public may be fined for failure to comply.
