I am 2.5 weeks out from goal marathon and running 6x1200’s tomorrow morning with 300m jogging rest.
What time would you expect to see for someone aiming for a 3:02 marathon?

Six x 1200 metres is a 5000m workout. 4:20 or 18 minute 5000m pace.
Just sub-4:30, but at a sub-maximal (10kish) effort. I would say 4:20 (5k effort), but that rest is a little short and in theory most of your training has been geared to marathon-specific stuff during this cycle, so you’re probably strong but not super-sharp.
If you can’t do them in under 4:30 feeling under control, though, 3:02 might be a little ambitious. But if you can do them in the low-4:20s (and still feel under control and keep the rest short), sub-3 isn’t off the table.

There is no correlation. Is this the new modern Yasso 800s?
