Hello everyone! I am going to be doing the 3200/1600 double this track season. The 3200 will be the first event and the 1600 will be the 2nd to last. So I am wondering if it would be ok to do a workout after the 1600 or if it would only be ok to do a workout if I was running 1 event. I just don’t want this to be too high of a workload. The workout will probably be something light like 4x800. This is only for early season btw. Thanks!
