Just after others opinions. I had to stop running as I was underweight and had poor mental health (female in 20s btw). I took up lifting weights at the gym for the last few years and I have managed to build myself back up again.
I would love to start cardio and track training again, (middle distance) but I am afraid I will undo the hard work mentally as well as physically in getting healthy muscle and mind back.
I do love lifting, it is my passion now but social media’s running scene is making me miss the sport and racing. Is it worth going back to it?
