This only shows that he could not pace himself.

It looks like he has something close to a targeted keto diet, with the majority of his daily carbohydrates consumed before his morning run. His overall carb intake seems too high to be in nutritional ketosis, but given his high mileage and the timing of his carb intake, he may be in ketosis for a portion of the day. Most people need to be under 50 grams of net carbs to stay in nutritional ketosis, but some can have a higher intake, particularly athletes.

Sounds about right, I would have run 2:11ish as well, if I hadn't been sidetracked.
BS, Seth DeMoore is a 2:23 Marathoner because that's what he ran. Would have, could have doesn't count.
This is correct. 2:23 marathoner until proven otherwise.
Also, this is adorable:
https://youtu.be/SEGGQY7BhAY?t=248Totally "General American" accent (i.e., "unaccented" media accent), like at the 4:00 mark. Seth is a little goofy and he's doing something silly with his voice when he's talking in the early part about having skipped his Bobo bar.

Terrible take, but no surprise since you routinely make the most low-value, on-topic threads this message board has ever seen.
It's an insanely difficult job for people to mail out 30 singlets. Seth is a businessman - respect him!

RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
