You should be smarter than this. You completely missed my point. You say I know no excuse not to run 2:20 if that is my limit. That is like saying you have no excuse not to play the violin for the New York Philharmonic if you have the talent. Please be smarter about this. What makes you think that we all must be slaves to our talents?
not saying you have to do anything! if you dont wanna commit yourself to running then thats totally fine its not for everyone. my point was that anyone complaining that they cant reach their potential due to work obligations or family are likely making excuses and could overcome their issues with discipline.
