Once again i'm gonna cross my fingers and hope copenhagen happens this year. Last year was supposed to be a 16 week buildup. Since then i've become stronger and faster and now I just brought my average weekly mileage to around 62-63 mpw for the last few weeks. The increase is still tiring me but i'm getting used to it. In the buildup i'm hoping to peak at 70 mpw. The buildup would start on the week of the 11th. How long of a break and what should the break be like before I start? I mean i've been training pretty hard recently with 5k style training so it wasn't like I was in base phase mode so some sort of cutback or time off is needed. Looking forward to you guys' advice! :)
