I'm not sure if stride is something you can ever "fix" but looking to become more efficient in my running vs feeling like I've been plodding (coming off injury is another factor).
From what I gather, a few simple rules include:
1. Stand up tall with shoulders back
2. Keep your hips in, slightly tilted upward
3. Lean forward
4. Keep your center of gravity beneath you as your feet turn over. (Higher cadence seems to help with this).
Should this be enough? Any other resources you'd recommend?
Not trying to become Bill Rodgers overnight, though looking for ways to improve. Thanks!
