So I have the Adidas Adios Pro and I also supinate - I generally wear shoes out at the front lateral side, while the mid/rear part of the sole look almost new.
I've got about 80 miles in my Adios Pro, and I would say that they actually feel even better now than they did new. The foam feels bouncier and the shoe is a bit more forgiving. Generally, the stride feels more natural than in the Vaporfly Next%, and I don't get plantar pain, as I do in the latter. The midsole is definitely more durable than what I've experienced with the Next%, where I felt a noticeable decrease in toe off after 70-80 miles.
I've mostly used it on the track, so with regards to the outsole I may not be able to give a very representative answer. Having said that, so far I see very little to no wear on the outsole. Obviously this will differ depending on the surface you're running on, but to me it looks like the outsole will hold up well.
