I live in a place where I cant run without it being hilly or muddy. It is snowing for half the year. How can I improve my training? I cant get below 60% of max hr or between 80 and 90%. With other words lactat workouts seem impossbile. The same for very easy running or running at competition speed.
On the other hand I have always been injury prone but now I am only feeling it behind my knee. I can run for longer time than when living in the low land.
