    I am warning you Jan, do not mess with kids. Do, not, mess, with, kids. Unless you are honest with them and their parents, and tell them the truth about the bad results your runners have had, do not mess with kids. It could end up badly for you.
    By the way, I am not threatening you. I am warning you, as a parent. If you approached my kid with your fraudulent advertising I would make sure you would pay for your lies and harassment.
    Maybe other parents feel the same, so be careful.


    So you warn me from giving advice and coach HS kids? Try to send the same warning to e.g Tinman)) . I will remind you I have very long experience of running (and coaching six years now),
    and I forgot to tell I really coached a Kenyan guy then aged 16 to become one of the very best Kenyan XC runners with a win in the Discovery XC ( top elite race)and a pro runner. I started with running myself at age 10 and if I had known back then what I know today I had made my own running career in a different way out from my now over 50 years of experience.
    You and a few seems to have created an almost unhealthy behaviour to try to discredit me and my coaching power. And that you do out from just speculations !! I can of course prove every coaching "case" I have done and that all I have told here at LRC out from what I know at the time I told them are the truth and nothing but the truth.

    See your posting history for the last week or so. There are plenty of posts you made that I think are genuinely helpful from your part (it doesn't matter if I agree or not, they are just your attempts to help or clarify something for someone).

    I am all in favour of "discrediting" your fraudulent advertising. that is the right thing to do.

    I and the others have been hearing that for years.
    I have nothing against any coach promoting their services and/or training philosophies.
    I don't really like Schwartz's approach but he doesn't come on here lying so I have nothing to do with him.

    If you lie, if you promote your services based on lies, you can be sure I am not going to be quiet.
    If you prove every coaching "case" bla bla bla, then I will apologize and I may even advertise your services for you!
    But of course you cannot prove anything.

    JS, why wont you answer my question about why a professional coach appears strangely tolerant of PEDs?

    It cant be difficult. You must have a position - or is it the wrong one?

    As I know only one of the elite Kenyans , a lady, denied in public (FB) my coaching of her. I can of course still prove I coached her.
    Phil never fired me , I coached him for free.He just decided he didn`t want to appear with his training in public here at LRC anymore . The mountain championship for Sammy was just a quick idea of his own to get a race in the prevailing covid 19 mode.....no time to prepare for it.
    I only tell the truth here out from what I know.


    I have no doubt you messaged them. But I don’t believe they did your workouts and just messaged you back in hopes you could find them races, etc. You’ve had at least three runners that turned out to send you fake works.

    Phil thought your training sucked. He could have you coach him off this site but since he fired you, he now trains the opposite way off DANCAN. He knew it was bad training.

    You said DANCAN and the fact that Sammy lived near hills would be more than enough to prepare him for the race. Now you’re lying and saying he wasn’t prepared. In the old Phil thread, you said a DANCAN runner never needs hills or weights.

    But we know your coaching of Sammy has been a complete failure. He drops out of races and pacing work and runs slower every year.

    You also lied about the 2:22 1km time trial from your 3:55 1500m runner.

    Why is it so many of your old runners talk poorly about their experience with you?

    that seems to go on and on and on.....??? I have now answered your questions multiple times over and over again and still you keep on asking the same questions over and over again.
    Must be something seriously wrong with you? What you believe IS NOT THE SAME AS THE TRUTH!!!
    All the 13 winners of international races that I have coached had their own managers and managements!!! All They wanted from me was my COACHING SKILL!!!

    Why do you lie so much about Rose?

    You said she ran 20x400m in 75 and 1:10 in the half-marathon, but she has MULTIPLE results online and she is well over 40 for 10k and just under 1:30 for the HM.

    You claim she ran 12.0 and 24.0 but she has verified results for 14.7 and 67.3.

    You now state she won a race that lists her as third in results. The winner of that race ran the marathon in the Olympics. You're telling me the very slow Rose beat her?

    The thing that gets you in trouble is when you lie, you have zero facts to prove it. I've had incorrect race results before and result companies will quickly fix them.

    Time and time again, you have proven yourself to be a liar.

    I think that all real World class coaches do not need to keep saying that they are World Class , the performance of their elite runners is the Shop window of their work , also where online coaching is concerned the positive comments that they receive unsolicited on social media.

    I hope to have 6/7 athletes in the World Relays in May and hope again to get medals in mixed 4 x 400 relay... but i would not call myself real World Class until one of my trainees wins an Olympic Medal .

    Depends on how you define "World class coach". I define the expression as a coach able to
    improve ALL runners of all levels that cross his/her way.Even not the best coaches can coach a very great talented runner to become an Olympic medalist.
    I agree with you that when the first medalist comes in a bigger Championship there will no longer be any need for advertising to be seen. From there everything goes by itself........
    It`s the same phenomenon as when a new music star is born over a night.... :)

    Let me phrase it slightly differently .... i do not think that any coach can be classed as World Class until he/she has produced athletes ( over a number of years not weeks or months ) that have medaled at major championships . ( IAAF /WA World Championships or Olympic Games)

    It does take world class talent to make a marathon runner slower in every race they run. Even a monkey randomly choosing workouts would probably have Sammy run fast in one of his marathons.

    But JS, prove us wrong and go for that sub 16:00 5000m again. Surely if you’re a world class coach, it could happen and you would prove us all wrong!
