I'm looking at this "golden mile" training plan:

In the last week there's a workout of
1 x 300m, 30 s recovery, 900 m, 60 s recovery, 400 m.
Basically a mile with 90s rest interspersed.
Is this a typical workout? Should it be run at mile pace?
