This girl might be the younger sister of another Japanese based Kenyan, Naomi Muthoni (born December 1998), who also went to Sera HS and currently runs for the Universal Entertainment corporate team.

Holy crap, that's insane!
I did a quick search for age group records and found these
Age 18 14:59.28 Anita Weyermann SUI 8 Dec 77 Rome 5 Jun 96
Age 19 14:48.07 Zola Budd GBR 26 May 66 London 26 Aug 85
Those were run on a track however... I would love to see what Teresa can do on the track oh my goodness!
Is she a Japanese citizen or does she have Kenyan citizenship and is just studying abroad in Japan? It would be incredible if she qualified for the Olympics. Kenya is always incredibly deep but she would easily make the Japanese Team.

She is Kenyan, does not have Japanese citizenship. Kenyans that go to Japan either enter through high school, university, or a pro team. And the ones that enter through high school or university usually end up on a pro team after (if they are successful). This is the same high school that Bedan Karoki went through and he's still active with Toyota team.

Muthoni is not a family name. Its a first name or a middle name in American parlance. It is highly unlikely that two members of the same family are both called Muthoni. It would be like two members of the same family both called "Mary".
It's called EPO.

Someone ran faster than Tuohy so of course you’re here to talk down the performance ?
Classic stuff from her obsessed #1 fan.
Goodness are you delusional. Someone who just happens to be from a nation with a very well documented doping culture runs a time that is "incredible", "insane", etc and the usual idiots are genuinely impressed. The sport is a joke. You guys are like braindead cycling fans still arguing that Pantani was clean. LOL. Simple rule: if an athlete, especially one from a doping country, runs an "insane" time, its doping. Not hard.

You can rationalize your negative comments against young women however you want. It’s still a pattern for you.
I eagerly await your next post putting down a young woman that is not Tuohy.
If something seems like doping, I call it out. No one gets the benefit of the doubt in this sports. Learn to accept that.

Just in case you didn't notice, she trains in Japan full time. Much cleaner nation than the US ever was and will be
You literally have no clue how doping operates.
