So I'm just curious. Has anyone ever done sprint workouts in temperatures ranging from the teens-20s? This is my first time ever doing sprint stuff in the winter. I mean ive done hills but this winter im doing intervals. But dang, its tough. Monday i had 12x200 with 30 seconds rest and it was a real feel of 18 out. I usually crank these out in 32-33 but i was hitting these in 35 mostly and felt like I was having an asthma attack. Felt harder than it actually was. If you have done sprint workouts in cold temps like these, do you not hit times you would be hitting if the temps were warm? And tips on staying warm? I already extend my warmup. But when i start the workout, I just feel myself getting stiff. Especially during the faster sessions with longer rest.
