Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone could give a rough estimate on what I could run in the 3200m. I am a freshman in high school, and I run anywhere from 30-37 miles a week and I do about two workouts a week.
Here are my current times:
1 Mile: 5:37 - I ran this in the 8 grade and I have increased my mileage and training quality training over the past 5 months, so I think I can run closer to 4:50 for the mile
2 Mile: 11:55 - Freshman year, on the track
3 Mile: 17:42 - Freshman year, on the track
5K: 18:10 - track
5k: 18:49 Freshman year, cross country
